The ENT Series safety light curtains generate an invisible array of infrared beams that sense the presence of hands, arms or a body in a work zone – immediately stopping machinery to prevent injury. SH Series safety laser scanners use time-of-flight measurement to monitor 2D configurable safety or warning zones. These sensors sense humans approaching AGVs, robotic work cells and open perimeter protected zones to enable both static zone guarding and dynamic AGV protection according to ENISO3691-4.

Certifications & Quality Assurance

All of QJKH safety sensors are independently certified by third-party testing facilities according to international safety standards. Our Type4 safety light curtains achieve SIL3/PLe and our safety laser scanners are rated SIL2/PLd. All units are tested at our factory before shipment including optical accuracy, response time, OSSD output validation, thermal trials, vibration trials, humidity trials and aging trials. We maintain full manufacturing traceability form component selection through final calibration to guarantee the situation performance of each safety device exceeds the stated certification.

What types of safety sensors does QJKH manufacture?

Four product categories: safety light curtains in Type 2 and Type 4 configurations (ENT Series, with muting, waterproof, and elevator variants), safety laser scanners for area and AGV protection (SH Series), industrial LiDAR sensors covering 2D, 3D, and solid-state technologies for navigation and anti-collision (YB Series), and safety relay modules for OSSD signal processing. Every product is designed, assembled, and tested at our Hangzhou factory — not sourced from third-party OEMs.

What certifications do your safety sensors carry?

Our Type4 safety light curtains are CE and TV certificated and reach SIL3 (IEC62061) and Performance Level e (ISO13849). They meet the relevant IEC61496-1 and IEC61496-2 electro-sensitive photographic equipment standards (ESPE). Our safety laser scanners meet IEC61496-3 Type3. All LiDAR sensors are CE, UL certified.

What is the difference between a safety light curtain and a safety laser scanner?

A.

Safety light curtains utilising infrared beam arrays respond to intrusion by breaking the beam plane- they operate using IEC61496 Type2, 4 beams to safely achieve up to SIL3/ PLe. Opaque objects are detected at fixed mounting locations best suited for Point-of-Operation employee protection. Safety laser scanners employing Time-of-Flight laser pulses utilise 2D image detection to measure a monitored array— IEC/IS0 61496 Type3 laser scanners to safely contain to SIL2/PLd. They excel at flexible perimeter and area scanning, mobile AGV applications in the factory setting. See the above performance comparison table.
